Terms of Service

This agreement outlines your rights and responsibilities when using Jule's models and assets. By purchasing or accessing content from this website, you agree to all terms below.

General Terms ( Applies to all products)

• License Provision: All products are licensed, not sold. Your acquisition provides you with a restricted, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the content according to these terms

• Credit: All products used must be properly credited and hyperlinked to Jule3d store. The hyperlink and credit must be posted on the same website/page as the avatar.(Ex- “Kitten Heels by Jule”)

• All sales are final: Since digital products cannot be returned, I do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been accessed or downloaded. Please ensure you review the product details carefully before making your purchase.

• Checkout Questions: You must fill out the required checkout questions correctly or access will be revoked from purchased files.

• Prohibited Actions: Price splitting /leaking /sharing /trading/ reselling any of Jule products is strictly not allowed.

• Banned or Blacklisted: If you are banned from Jule's server or blacklisted you may not use any of Jule's products

• NO AI USE: Products cannot be employed in AI training, datasets, generators, or any AI-aided reproduction or alteration

• Vrchat Use: All products are intended for Vrchat use only. For any other use create a support ticket in Jule's discord server, discord.gg/jule

• Commission Terms: Both parties involved in a commission agreement must own the product before the commission begins.

Asset Terms

• Asset Use: All assets are allowed on completed commercial, free, or public models with credit.

• Editing asset: Editing asset meshes is allowed as long as proper credited is still given. Even after signification modifications you must still credit Jule.

Avatar Terms

• Age Requirement: All avatar purchases and usage are strictly 18+ only.

• Editing Avatar: Feel free to edit Jule's model but it must remain recognizable, and never claim it as your own.

• Social Media & Streaming: Streaming, recording, and sharing content featuring my models is allowed with proper credit.

• Removing/Mining Assets: Do not asset mine or use edits from Jule's for sale models. Purchase assets directly from credited sources.

• Upload Assistance: I expect you to have basic unity knowledge, I will not give direct assistance but instead foward you to existing tutorials. If you are unable to upload you may create a ticket in discord.gg/jule and request a upload.

• You may not “headswap” my models.

• Public Posting: Do not leak or make any of Jule's models public under any circumstances.

• Couple Models: If you purchase a couple model set, you may share the paired counterpart with your partner only. If the partnership ends, the model may not be transferred to a new partner.

These Terms of Service are subject to change.
