This agreement outlines your rights and responsibilities when using Jule's models and assets. By purchasing or accessing content from this website, you confirm you are 18+ and agree to all terms below.

• All products used must be properly credited and hyperlinked to my store. The hyperlink and credit must be posted on the same website/page as the avatar.

(Ex- “Kitten Heels by Jule”)

• All assets are allowed on completed commercial, free, or nitro models.

• Price splitting/leaking/sharing/trading/reselling any of my products is strictly not allowed.

• All products are intended for Vrchat use only.

• Editing asset meshes is allowed as long as proper credited is still given.

• Feel free to edit my model but it must remain recognizable, and never claim it as your own.

• If you are banned from my server or blacklisted you may not use my products.

• All sales are final. Since digital products cannot be returned, I do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed. Please ensure you review the product details carefully before making your purchase.

• Both parties involved in a commission agreement must own the product before the commission begins.

• Do not asset mine or use edits from my for sale models

• I expect you to have basic unity knowledge, I will not hold your hand to upload the model but point you in the right direction/link helpful videos where I can.

• Do not leak or make any of my models public under any circumstances.

• DO NOT FEED MY AVATARS OR ASSETS INTO AI. If you are selling a avatar with my assets you must also include this in your tos. Failure to comply with result in your license and access to future products revoked.
